Studio Space
The main room is the creative hub and the largest space of 5.5 x 4.6 meters or 9.6x 5.6meters. Download Floor Plan here.
The VIBE is cosy and spacious: walls painted a light sage earthy green, with big fresh plants in the corners, perfect for a range of different group activities, art workshops and small events.
It is open plan with wooden floors and can be divided and set up anyway your workshop or event needs to be using partition walls, chairs and trestle tables or an open space for movement.
Hire also includes access to the kitchenette and store room facilities. Chairs, tables and materials you can use, drawing boards fixed on one of the walls, air-conditioner, heating and portable sound system and air purifier also included.
Hiring of the rooms are offered in either 3- 4 hour time slots depending on the time of the day and if it is during the week or weekend.

Consultation Room 1
Located on the right at the back of the main room, consultation 1 measures 3 x 3.5m. Download Floor Plan here.
A lovely carpeted room with big windows that look out onto Warandyte Park.
Available is a 2 seater couch and single seated chair, coffee table, rug, lamps, blinds, a desk & chair, comfy cushions, plants a message table for body work, somatic resources that includes blankets, heat packs, water bottles, a lap weighted blanket, and sensory objects.
Access to the kitchenette facilities, waiting room & storeroom and the option to hire both the consultation room and studio is available.
Hiring of the room is available for half a day or a full day. No hourly rates are offered.
Available for hire Monday & Tuesdays 8am – 6pm & some Saturdays from 8am – 6pm.

Consultation Room 2

Again a lovely carpeted room with big windows that look out onto Warandyte park.
A lovely private space for therapeutic practices, consultations and coaching.
This spacious room is lightly furnished, perfect for therapeutic practices, consultations and coaching. It offers a 2 seater couch and single seated chair, coffee table, rug, lamps, blinds, a desk & chair, cushions and plants with room for your own message table.
Access to the kitchenette facilities, waiting room & storeroom and the option to hire both the consultation room and studio is available.
Hiring of the room is available for half a day or a full day. No hourly rates are offered.
Available for hire on Mondays – Friday, 8am – 6pm, with some flexibility for some Saturdays.

Facilities and Materials Included
Please note all peoples in any room at the Creative C will need access to toilet, front door and kitchenette.
KITCHENETTE
Includes: sink, fridge, 2 kettles, microwave, tea and coffee offerings, cutlery, mugs, glasses, a variety of plates, jugs, chopping boards, vases, filtered water, cleaning products, T-towels and aromatherapy diffuser and essential oils.
MATERIALS and STORAGE SPACE
What you can use as part of the hire costs:
5 trestle tables:

12 x fold out chairs,
6 x Drawing boards
Drying rack for artwork, paint brushes, water containers, palettes.
Shelves on wheels that hold materials and resources that can be moved and also used as drawing boards.
Play therapy resources such as dollhouse and props, blocks, soft toys, medical toys, sashes, Sandtrays.
Meditation resources
10x Blankets
8x Half mats
8x Inflatable head rests
Cleaning equipment such as broom, mop and stick vacuum cleaner and eco friendly cleaning products.
For an extra fee you can use replenishable materials such as:
Paper from the roll, a variety of paints and drawing materials, soft pastels, oil pastels, pencils, craft materials such as sowing, wool and felting, magazines for collage, a range of glues, cardboard for construction, and much more!
WAITING ROOM
On opening the glass front door on street level, you travel up the stairs into the foyer space. Through the front door is the waiting room. A small cosy warm room where clients and participants can gather and wait. It has hand sanitiser, 2 comfortable chairs and a lamp.
TOILETS
Located in the foyer at the top of the stairs.
PARKING
Ample daily parking available in the back carpark as well as 2-3HR parking closer to the shops.
WIFI & Office
Password available on the first day of your scheduled booking.
Printer/ scanner, paper and general office supplies
CLEANING
Hirers are expected to leave the spaces a clean and tidy condition, as it was upon arrival. All equipment and materials are to be put away neatly and tables, benches and sink are to be wiped down and floor to be swept and mopped. Cleaning products available.
COVID SAFETY
Hand sanitiser and marks are provided including soap and paper towels at sink.

You are responsible for your group or client and will need to follow current COVID safety practices as set out by https://www.safeworkaustralia.gov.au/covid-19-information-workplaces.
You are responsible for COVID safe cleaning of surfaces and door handles.
An air purifier is provided for ventilation.
Who's It For
Facilitators: We have a large main room to host groups, run workshops and programs. The possibility for workshops are broad with the use of art making materials and somatic resources available to use on site, including chairs, cushions, trestle tables.
Therapist: There are two Consultation rooms available for hire, both with natural light coming from the huge windows overlooking the park across the road. Both are carpeted with table, chairs heating and cooling. One of the rooms has a practitioner’s massage table to use, the other has a couch with cushions. Services suitable for the space would be Art therapy, Counselling, psychotherapy, massage and other body work or energy work that requires a table or a safe nurturing sit down space.
Participants: There are a range of workshops, programs and therapeutic services available to use and participate in. Workshops and services can range from, but not limited to themes around relaxation, self expression, spirituality, Stress release, trauma processes, mental and emotional health, wellbeing and movement and developing artistic skills.
Artists: If you need to hire a large purpose built space for a few hours for art making, filming or photo shoots. The large main room has large drawing boards along one side of the wall as well as a large open space for filming and other use.
Events: A superb intimate venue with plenty of parking, kitchenette, chairs, cushions and trestle tables to celebrate, launch or showcase your next book launch, presentation or creative project.
