Workshop:
Radiant Women
May 2nd - Tuesday evenings
A delicious 6 week slow & deep dive into reconnecting with your innate radiance
“…when a woman is happy and fulfilled, those around her share the rewards. A gratified woman can be the source of a whole community’s joy and prosperity.”
~ Mama Gena’s School of Womanly Arts, Regena Thomashauer
Reconnect with your innate natural radiance
Reignite with that which lights you up, turns you on!
Reframe your narrative (what are the stories that you’ve been telling yourself that are no longer serving you)
Reclaim your best life now
Restore yourself to wholeness
Understand how radiance works in your life & why, especially now, it’s so important to be living the life that you really want
Learn simple & profound embodiment practises that allow you to access your radiance (even when you’re feeling ruptured)
Practise useful embodiment hacks that interrupt your inner saboteur and support you when feeling triggered
Who this is for?
The midlife woman who wants to reignite her radiance but is unsure of where to start.
The midlife woman who wants to deepen her connection to her true self.
The tired midlife woman who deep down knows that there’s more to life than the busyness of everyday details.
The midlife woman who wishes to learn easy, practical, & beautiful tools that keep her radiance humming.
The midlife woman who desires to connect with like-minded midlife women.
What you receive
6 weekly 2 hour sessions that invite you to connect with your innate radiance through playful & profound embodiment practises
6 modules of Pathways to Radiance
Acceptance as a Pathway to Radiance
The Body as a Pathway to Radiance
The Senses as a Pathway to Radiance
The Mess as a Pathway to Radiance
Resonance as a Pathway to Magnetising Radiance
The Feminine as a Pathway to Radiance
Each session involves time spent diving into each module.
Doing an embodiment practise as a group.
Sharing your experiences of each module within the group (one on one).
Journaling & creative pursuits such as dancing & heart art play are also sometimes part of each session.
All practises are done as an invitation. So, there’s never any “have to do” anything.
You’ll receive a summary via email of each session so that you can revisit any Pathway to Radiance at your leisure.
*Embodiment practises are exercises that invite you to connect with your body and can incorporate the use of touch, moving your body, through breath, through sound and through your awareness.

Workshop:
Storytelling
Sunday 7 May 2023, 1.30-4.30pm
Learn traditional storytelling to capture your audience. How do you tell a story when you don’t use a book? This hands on and experiential workshop will teach you the skills of storytelling. You will be told stories in a few different ways so you can see how it is done, practice yourself and increase in confidence. Learn how to use props such as simple toys, puppets, your hands and body. Traditional storytelling captures the imagination, aids concentration, builds connection between the teller and listener, and is fun.
Who is it for:
Anyone with a passion to learn storytelling skills. For the general public, early childhood professionals and educators, teachers, therapists and parents.
Workshop:
Inner Child
Be in touch with and dialogue with your inner child by finding ways to listen to the inner child’s needs, and to meet them. Explore playful ways to connect with spontaneity, flow states, creativity, self-compassion and the colours of who you are. We may loosen inhibitions or self-consciousness that may be creating blocks. This workshop is designed to increase connection and resourcing, it is not group therapy. You may wish to bring your own journal to the workshop, or there will be paper provided.
Tash is the creator of the Playful Healing Cards which will be available for purchase at the workshop (cost $50).

Warrandyte festival!
Congratulations to the Warrandyte Festival Committee for putting on a fantastic show! We were thrilled to be a part of it and to have the opportunity to showcase our Creative C offerings at the festival. We received a lot of positive feedback from festival-goers about our courses and workshops, and we're grateful for the opportunity to share our passion for creativity with the Warrandyte community. The festival truly showcased the resilience and flexibility of Warrandyte, and it was wonderful to see the community come together in such a glorious way.
Thanks for reading :)
